Returns & Replacements
Only items that have been purchased directly from cannador.com can be returned or exchanged. Cannador® products purchased from other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective return policy.
We will accept returns of your Cannador® order that are shipped to us within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of goods for a replacement or refund. We can only accept unused and undamaged products for an exchange or refund. All returned items must be accompanied with a receipt. Special ordered items that are made to customer specification are not returnable. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order has a manufacturers defect. If you do not wish to exchange the order for a replacement and wish to return the item for a refund, and there is no manufacturers defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees as well as the origin shipping fees. We will not pay for return shipping fees on orders that were made in error by you or on orders in which you wish to make an exchange. In this case, you would be responsible for the origin shipping fee, return shipping fee, and the new shipping fee for the exchanged order. All shipping fees are subject to change as per the carriers’ rates.
There is a $16 fee per item for cancellations made after the item has been shipped.
There is a 25% restock fee after the 15 day grace period for late returns.
All of our shipments are insured. If your order is damaged and the shipping package appears to be dented, ripped, opened or broken, we will file a claim with the shipping provider and replace your order. If you notice any of the aforementioned damages, you must report them to us immediately upon receiving. You must hold on to your damaged order and damaged shipping box for us to process the claim since this will be used as evidence for the claim. We will then send you a replacement product or product of equal value should you choose to change your order. You may dispose of the damaged order and damaged shipping box after we have resolved the claim. We will notify you when the claim has been resolved.
Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there was a manufacturers defect or the item was damaged due to shipping.

If there’s something about your experience you dislike, we’re open to feedback that will help us improve. Acting angered and demeaning is not how to go about solving problems, we’re here to help, not take insults. It’s unbefitting for any connoisseur to carry themselves in such a way, and we don’t want our products in the hands of people who display this behavior.
