Damage Claim

Impacted or dented corner? No problem, we can file a claim with our carrier, but we will need the following pictures in order to successfully file the claim and send you a replacement.

  • Top down view of the shipping box with the shipping label clearly visible
  • Top down view of the shipping box opened to show the contents inside
  • View of any damage to the exterior shipping box
  • View of any damage to the Cannador® package
  • View of the actual damage to your Cannador®

Send these photos as an attachment and respond directly to your order confirmation Email (orders@cannador.com).

As soon as we receive these photos from you we will:

  1. File the claim
  2. Send you the tracking number for a replacement or refund fully

Hold onto your damaged product in case the carrier wishes to inspect.
