Order Processing

Normal order processing time is one (1) to three (3) business days. You will receive a confirmation by Email when a purchase is made. You will also receive an Email when the order has been completed for shipment that will include your tracking number.

Domestic Shipping (US)

Upon our completion of your order, normal transit times for standard shipping are two (2) to seven (7) business days, transit times by region are below. If the shipping address is in a residential zone, the final delivery will be made by United States Postal Service (USPS) through UPS SurePost, which is a UPS service. If the shipping address is in a commercial zone, the final delivery will be made by UPS. A tracking number will be included in the Email confirmation and will be Emailed to the Email address you provided when purchasing your order. If the Email address you provided at checkout is incorrect or misspelled, we cannot send you your tracking information or Email confirmation. If the shipping address is in a residential zone, the tracking number will include the UPS tracking number and corresponding USPS tracking number, which will be located on the UPS tracking URL.

Domestic Shipping (US) Transit Times by Region for Standard UPS Ground:

West Coast (WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ, UT, ID) takes 7 business days to arrive.

Midwest (NM, CO, WY, MT, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, LA, AR, MO, MS, IL, IA, WI) takes 4-5 business days to arrive.

Eastern Region (MI, IN, KY, TN, AL, GA, FL, SC, NC, VA, WV, DE, PA, RI, MD, NJ, NY, VT, CT, MA, NH, ME) takes 2-3 business days to arrive.

Hawaii and Alaska require extra shipping fees and take ten (10) to twelve (12) business days to arrive.

Orders placed on Friday after 5pm (EST) will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Domestic Shipping (US) for UPS Expedited:

Options are either Overnight, one (1) day or 3-Day Select, three (3) days. Orders placed on Friday after 5pm (EST) will not be shipped until the following Monday. UPS does not deliver on weekends.

International Shipping (Canada)

All Canadian shipments are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS), which then delivers the package to Canada Post for final delivery. It may take up to ten (10) business days to receive your package due to customs clearance procedures. Shipping rates are available at checkout.

International Shipping (Outside US & Canada)

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS). Normal processing times take two (2) to three (3) business days and delivery ranges from seven (7) to ten (10) business days.

We are not responsible for paying foreign duties and taxes.

FAQs

The tracking number says my order was delivered, but it’s nowhere to be found.

First, if the order was shipped to a residence, check the USPS tracking ID, which is located at the bottom of the URL for the UPS tracking ID. USPS must indicate where they left the package (i.e. front porch, side door). If your package is still missing, please contact us for further assistance.

Can I request a signature for my shipment?

If the shipping address is in a residential zone, we cannot request a signature because USPS makes the final delivery. If the shipping address is in a commercial zone, we can request a signature because UPS makes the final delivery.
